Bacon Quiche Tart
5 slices bacon
8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons milk
2 eggs
1/2 c shredded swiss cheese
2 tablespoons chopped green onion
10 oz can refrigerated biscuit dough, flaky style
Preheat oven to 375. Lightly grease 10 muffin cups or ramekins.
Place bacon in skillet. Cook until crisp. Drain, crumble and set aside.
Beat the cream cheese, milk, and eggs in a medium bowl on low speed
until smooth. Stir in Swiss cheese and green onions. Separate dough
into 10 biscuits. Press into bottoms and sides of each muffin cup,
forming 1/4 in rims. Sprinkle half of bacon onto dough lined cups.
Spoon 2 tablespoons of cheese mixture into each cup. Bake 20-25 minutes, until
filling is set and rims of tarts are golden brown. Sprinkle with
remaining bacon and lightly press it into filling. Serve warm.
